Q.1 How should I install standalone media converts into converter chassis?

Three unmanaged media converter chassis models, NXF-719 12-slot/NXF-717 4-slot/NXF-711 single-slot, are provided for standalone media converter installation of AC/DC internal power options, physical protection, and/or rack-mounting capability. To mount standalone media converters steadily into the chassis, use the supplied brackets for secure placement. First, use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws on both side-panels of the converter, and then secure the brackets to it by re-placing the screws.
Then remove the blank cover if installed on the empty slot and slide the converter with brackets softly into the slot until it is seated-in properly with the power receptacle on the back side of media converter plugged-into.
Ensure the brackets are screwed securely.
The converter is now ready installed in the chassis.
