Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) are a binding contract between you and VOLKTEK. By using any of our platforms where these Terms appear or are linked to, including the VOLKTEK Website and VOLKTEK Store, (collectively the “Site”) you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any changes to these Terms will be in effect as of the “Last Updated Date” as shown on the Site.

Check Our Privacy Policy as it also governs your use of the Site and services. If at any time you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must stop using the Site, please read these Terms carefully before using the Site.

We manufacture and distribute networking products such as Ethernet switches, media converters, IIoT Gateways, SFP transceivers, Power Injectors power supplies, and other accessories. You may purchase products for personal or business use by using the VOLKTEK Store platform where you can select products, check out and make payment using one of the payment methods to conclude the order. You can also purchase products and solutions for resale including ODM and OEM services by contacting us directly and receiving our authorization.

To Distributors and Resellers

VOLKTEK Website is purposed to provide you with a platform to access our manufacturing technology and communicate with us for business purposes. By any means, we do not intent to compete with our partners and are committed to abiding by the following statements:

VOLKTEK will maintain a consistent Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) globally.

All of the orders from markets where VOLKTEK has distributors or distribution presence will be passed to our existing distributors in relation to its proximity with the customer.

Orders from and shipping to markets with no allocated VOLKTEK partner will be carried out by VOLKTEK.


Prices and Delivery

We extend our biggest apologies if you’ve experienced any confusion regarding our prices and shipping costs. If we discover an error for any product you’ve ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and reconfirm the order with you.

VOLKTEK uses FedEx services to deliver your products or the logistics company of our affiliate’s consideration. Charges will be in correlation to VOLKTEK’s logistics price structure and adjustments according to customs. Upon shipment, we will keep you updated and provide you with a tracking number to track your parcel. If you experience any issue with the delivery please inform us within 30 days of the date which you made the purchase and we’ll do our best to help you.

You have full responsibility to provide accurate billing information in agreement with the information that appears on your payment account. VOLKTEK reserves the right to cancel any order without advance notice if we suspect an error or fraudulent transaction. Other third-party policies related to the payment method may apply.


Return Policy

A refund can be extended to you by submitting a notice to store@volktek.com with the Subject ‘Return and Refund’. Please explain this matter to us and we will give you further instructions regarding this matter.


Volktek is committed to providing high-quality products and best-in-class customer service.  All Volktek products come with a factory warranty of up to 5 years, effective from the date of delivery, in which Volktek will repair or replace any defective product. Out-of-warranty or misused products that are under warranty will be charged for parts and labor for repair. The typical repair time is 2 weeks.



Repairing service is provided to under warranty products and products with expired warranty periods. Expired warranty products or misused and malfunctioning will be charged labor and parts cost. Customers should submit the payment receipt to repair their products. The reparation period average time is 2-3 weeks, nevertheless, it may take longer according to requirements and shipping distance and duration.

The products will be shipped in a bulk package unless stated differently.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) 

Volktek offers flexible RMA services for both warranty and out-of-warranty items, giving customers peace of mind and assurance about their critical networking equipment. Contact Volktek Customer Support Department at info@volktek.com describing your problem to obtain an RMA request form and number before returning any merchandise. Include the product's serial number for a better understanding. A customer service agent will assign an RMA number within 48 hours.


DOA (Defective On Arrival)

Products that are defective on arrival will be replaced with the same or functionally identical products. If such products are not available, a refund will be issued. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of DOA products to the factory whereas shipping of DOA replacements will be paid by Volktek.


Refunded Item Conditions

VOLKTEK reserves the right to accept and decline a returned item. If we notice a wrongful activity that doesn’t meet our Return and Refund policies stated here or after getting to a conclusion we won’t offer you a refund.

We can’t guarantee items will arrive in the same state as when they left our Warehouse. If a product arrives with any marks or damages to your chosen address we ask you to file a complaint including pictures on all sides and in written form to open a dispute with the logistics company. VOLKTEK will support you in this matter.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. If you are returning an item to us we advise you do the same before shipping the item back to the address we provide to you after applying for a ‘Return and Refund’ and to make sure the delivery company is acquainted with this.

When you create an account we will collect your personal information including name and address to allow you to navigate the site and make an order.

These terms and our dealings with you are subject to the law of the Republic of China, Taiwan, and the jurisdiction of the courts in the Republic of China, Taiwan.
