We regret to inform you about the upcoming End-of-Sale (EoS) and End-of-Life (EoL) for our 9005 24GP2GS, 9005-16GP2GS and 5100-24GT2GS series. After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue this product and its associated support and services. This is primarily due to the End-of-Life (EOL) of critical components by their original manufacturers, rendering continued production unfeasible.

While 9005-24GP2GS/16GP2GS and 5100-24GT2GS series has served our customers well, we are excited to introduce 9505-24GP4XS and 5510-24GT4XS series, our latest network switch offering with enhanced features and performance with newer main chipset to better meet your evolving business needs. The 9505-24GP4XS and 5510-24GT4XS series is an advanced networking solution tailored for smart cities, surveillance, and factory automation sectors. Designed to withstand extreme temperatures and harsh conditions, the switch ensure reliable performance and network continuity in industrial environments.

 

We will continue to provide support for 9005/5100 series until the Last Date of Support in accordance with our product lifecycle policy. However, after this date, no further software updates or technical assistance will be available.
